Mea444 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to mea444. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the platform, website, and all services provided by mea444 (referred to as "the Company", "we", or "mea444"). Please read this document in its entirety before using any part of the mea444 platform.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or using any mea444 service, you legally and bindingly agree to comply with and be bound by all provisions of these Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy all of which are considered part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the mea444 platform. Continued use of the platform following acceptance of the Terms constitutes full agreement to this document in its entirety, including any amendments made from time to time.

• One account per individual. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active mea444 account at any one time.

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, Malaysian NRIC number, active phone number, and valid email address. mea444 reserves the right to verify this information at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal.

Your mea444 account is exclusively yours and may not be transferred, shared, or used by anyone else. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your login credentials.

• Password confidentiality: You must keep your mea444 account password secure and confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Unauthorised access: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the mea444 support team immediately. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Account verification: mea444 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to verify a player's identity before processing any financial transactions. This includes copies of identification cards, bank statements, and other relevant documents.
• One account per individual: Registering or holding multiple accounts under one individual is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Each mea444 player is responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in their place of residence. mea444 accepts no liability should the use of this platform be found to violate any local laws applicable to the player.

All financial transactions on the mea444 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods are limited to approved Malaysian payment channels only.

Deposit terms and conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.

• Mea444 reserves the right to reject or place on hold any deposit suspected to be linked to fraud or money laundering.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 to any supported Malaysian payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 15 to 60 minutes for Malaysian eWallets and 1 to 3 business days for FPX bank transfers.
• Mea444 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Mea444 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. In general, the following standard conditions apply to all mea444 bonuses:

• One claim per individual: Each bonus may only be claimed once per individual, phone number, IP address, and device.
• Rollover (wagering requirement): All deposit bonuses carry a rollover requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The rollover rate is clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover requirement within this period will expire automatically.
• Betting limits while a bonus is active: While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum stake per round or match is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover completion. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and Sports Betting may contribute at varying percentages as specified in the promotional terms.

Mea444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multiple account ownership, arbitrage betting, or wagering strategies clearly designed to meet rollover requirements at minimal risk — will be considered a breach of these Terms.

The mea444 platform offers a wide range of game categories including slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), virtual sports, and e-sports. Specific rules for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game is as displayed within the respective game and may vary by game and market.
• Game results generated by the RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• Technical interruptions: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, mea444 reserves the right to void or recalculate the affected round or bet based on available system records. mea444's decision in such cases is final.
• Parlay/accumulator bets: Accumulator bets combining related events or selections may be declined or have their odds reduced by mea444 at our discretion.
• Sports Betting: mea444 reserves the right to amend or void any bets on matches that are postponed, cancelled, or subject to a material format change prior to the start of the match.

All winnings from mea444 games are credited directly to your account balance. In the event of any dispute regarding winnings or game results, players must contact the mea444 support team within 72 hours of the incident for it to be considered.

The following are strictly prohibited when using the mea444 platform and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:

• Registration or use of a mea444 account by individuals under the age of 18
• Owning or using more than one mea444 account by the same individual
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to access, interact with, or manipulate the mea444 platform
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment card details or another person's identity
• Collusion between players to deceive the system or other players, particularly in live casino games
• Money laundering or any other illicit financial activity conducted through the mea444 platform
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities on mea444 for financial gain
• Spreading misleading information or impersonating mea444 staff to other players

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate action by mea444, which may include account suspension, permanent closure, freezing and/or forfeiture of balances, and the reporting of information to the relevant authorities where required by law.

Mea444 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected activities involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• At the request of the relevant Malaysian authorities
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mea444 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance that has not met its rollover requirements. Valid deposit balances (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player once the investigation is concluded, unless those funds are directly linked to fraudulent activity.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the mea444 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests related to problem gambling will be processed promptly, and players will be connected with appropriate support resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, mea444 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a result of legitimate game outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond mea444's control, including internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account caused by the player's own failure to safeguard their login credentials
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the mea444 platform

Mea444's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
